§ 1. Availability of offered products:

 

1.1. Rosliny wodne pl online store offers products whose retail offer is on the website of the store ahttp://roslinywodne.pl/   Wholesale prices are determined individually depending on the order.

 

1.2. Please contact us if you did not find in our product range the plant you are interested in. We will make every effort to meet your expectations.

1.3.  Prices of products available on the site are gross prices. We are not a payer of VAT tax (The entity exempt from VAT pursuant to Art. 113 Paragraph 1 and 9 of the Act on the tax on goods and services). Cost of the delivery must be added to the price of products.

 

1.4.  Prices for the delivery are gross prices.

1.5.  Prices in the moment of ordering by the client shall be effective.

1.6.  Our offer includes aquatic plants for water holes, ponds, sewage treatment plants and other water reservoirs as well as accessories such as pots, food for fish, pumps, filters and UV lamps. We send aquatic plants without soil and pots, marked with the root system appropriately protected from drying.   Aquatic plants become rooted well throughout their entire vegetation period.

1.7.  Products are available as long as the stock lasts.

1.8.  We always strive do our best to provide the highest quality products.

 

 

§ 2. Purchase conditions:

 

2.1. Once you selected products and put them in the Cart, please place the order. 

2.2. Order placed via the Internet is the basis for the conclusion of the transaction with the client.

2.3. The condition for placing the order is correct and complete filling in the order form. In case of false personal data, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

2.4. Orders placed via our website are confirmed automatically by an e-mail. In the absence of an order confirmation, please re-place the order and contact us. An e-mail with information about the order sent to the client requires confirmation of the order by clicking an appropriate link. The client has 7 days to confirm the order. If the order is not confirmed or paid within 14 days, it will be cancelled by the administrator of the store.

 

 

§ 3. Method and cost of delivery

 

Shipment of aquatic plants

 

3.1. Deliveries will be realized by GLS company.

3.2. Order processing time is between 1-5 working days. First-come, first-served rule.

 

3.3. Delivery time from the moment the order is ready for shipment: 2-5 working days. In case of down payment to the account, delivery time will be counted from receipt of amount due on bank account of our company.  

3.4. The cost of delivery depends on the country to which the order will be dispatched and is as follows:

§ 4. Method of payment:

 

4.1 There are two methods of payment, one of them should be marked when ordering:

§ 5. Complaints and returns

 

5.1. Please check the shipment before acceptance.  In case of damaged shipment, please refuse its acceptance or accept after drawing up a protocol of the damage with representative of the company delivering the shipment.

5.2. If you received damaged products or with defects (the product is of no use) we accept complaint and ask for return of purchased products.

 

5.3. Before returning the product, please contact the store customer support. Return shipments that are not previously confirmed will not be accepted.

5.4. Complaints of plants will be accepted within 24 hours of receipt the shipment by the client (it is a plant material and improperly stored quickly loses its original characteristics).

5.5. Defective product should not have any signs of use.

5.6.  We will send at our own expense defective products whose complaint is accepted.

 

 

§ 6. Authorization to withdraw from the contract

 
6.1. According to the Act of 30 May 2014 “ On Consumer Rights”, the client is a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related with professional or trade activity, has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without giving any reason by submitting a statement in writing within 14 days from the date of shipment acceptance and sending to registered office of Rośliny wodne pl companyspecified in these regulations.

6.2. 14-day term is from the date on which delivery of goods took place.

6.3. The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is not applicable in case of live goods (plants) which due to their nature are subject to rapid deterioration.

6.4. In case of withdrawal from the distance contract, the contract shall be deemed null and void. Services provided by both parties are subject to return in unchanged condition. Rośliny wodne pl will return the entire amount paid by the client on bank account number indicated by the client within 14 days, and the client is required to promptly return the purchased goods to the following address:

6.5. Goods returned by the client should be packed in an appropriate way in order to ensure no damage during the transport of the shipment.

6.6. The cost of packing and returning goods shall be borne by the client.

 

 

§ 7. Final remarks

7.2. The client’s personal data will be processed in order to realize placed order, including issuance of the invoice.
